Eunice Moe Brock was born in China and raised there until she was 13. She returned at age 82 and died at 95, in April. A group of five delegates from China visited Spokane recently to learn about palliative care options. They plan to build a palliative care program at a hospital renamed for Brock in Liaocheng, China.
