Craig Randleman, 50, suffered dog bites requiring 40 stitches on his wrist, ear and bicep, along with a swollen hand, after fighting off a pit bull that was mauling an 8-year-old girl on Thursday in Spokane. Randleman heard the screams and rushed down his alley to help.
