Chef David Blaine, owner of Central Food in Kendall Yards, whipped up this meal at the Thursday Market in the South Perry District after getting ingredients from nearly a dozen different food booths. It features spicy Italian goat sausage and bread salad with grilled vegetables and roasted tomato vinaigrette over a bed of peppery greens.
