Power City Electric company yesterday bought this four-story office and warehouse building at E202 Trent from Washington Water Power company for an undisclosed sum. The reinforced and brick veneer structure, was built as warehouse for the Kemp & Herbert department store about 1928. WWP used it as headquarters of the Spokane division line department. The department has moved to the new service center near Mission and Upriver and the 35,000 square foot structure and 115-car garage were put up for sale. Aug. 1, 1957.
