“Jackhamer Crew,” a watercolor by Z. Vanessa Helder, is one of the images that is projected as part of Story 64, “Grand Coulee Dam.” The project put people to work, but also ended salmon fishing for Northern Plateau Indians and submerged towns and orchards.
