Randi Oien, Spokane Humane Society shelter manager, attends to Ruby, left, Murphy, on Oien’s lap, and Teddy. These dogs and dozens of others were rescued in Stevens County recently. The Humane Society is nursing them back to health and hopes to have them ready for adoption this weekend.
