On the 100th anniversary of his birth, the U.S. Postal Service will dedicate the Theodor Seuss Geisel commemorative postage stamp. Dr. Seuss, who introduced countless children to the joys of reading. The official first day of issue ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. PDT, March 2, at the Geisel Library, University of California San Diego, La Jolla, Calif.
