At Pho City, you’ll find a steaming bowl of noodles swimming in broth with a plate filled with bean sprouts, sprigs of culantro (a relative of cilantro) and Thai basil, a few slices of fresh jalapeno pepper and a wedge of lime, as well as a small dish of house-made red chili paste.
