This undated photo provided by the Oregon State Hospital shows a copper urn that contained the cremated remains of Wencel Devorak, a former patient at the state mental hospital. More than 3,000 urns were discovered nearly a decade ago and dubbed the “forgotten souls.” Officials will dedicate a memorial today to those patients whose remains were never claimed.
