Bob Gallagher, owner of 4000 Holes record store, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this weekend. The store is a Spokane institution, surviving the ups and downs of the CD and vinyl markets. On Saturday, the store will host a free party with live music and record giveaways to commemorate the anniversary.
