Food service worker Eva Villicana, of Othello, offers a sample of freshly made Caesar salad dressing to others participating in the Cook for America Culinary Boot Camp on Wednesday at Cheney High School. The “lunch teachers” are learning and practicing skills in food safety and sanitation, foundational cooking techniques and menu planning over the five-day course.
