Members of the Eggstravagant Engineers and their friends celebrate after they learn that their egg survived the drop from 25 feet during an egg drop contest at Franklin Elementary on Tuesday. Teams of third- and fourth-graders, mentored by engineers from Siemens, built containers, padding and parachutes to help their eggs survive a drop from various heights.
