Yasuo Takamatsu wears a diving suit to take a diving lesson at Takenoura bay in Miyagi prefecture, northern Japan, on Sunday. Nearly three years after the tsunami that struck Japan’s northeast coast, Takamatsu is learning to scuba dive in hopes of finding his wife. Japan marks the third anniversary of the 2011 tsunami today.
