Luke Jones, a high-school junior, cleans a tank holding rainbow trout fry at the Colville Fish Hatchery during his fisheries and wildlife class. Stevens County purchased the hatchery from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to use for high school science and vo-tech programs as a satellite campus for the Spokane District 81 NEWTECH Skills Center.
