Jono Esvelt, fish and wildlife educator for Colville and Kettle Falls high schools, helps student David Baker reset a trail cam on the 19-acre Colville Fish Hatchery campus. Stevens County purchased the hatchery from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to use for high school science and vo-tech programs. The facility is a satellite for the Spokane District 81 NEWTECH Skills Center.
