OLYMPIA -- Gov. Jay Inslee stops to pet Huckleberry, left, and Huey, a pair of service dogs who attended a bill signing Wednesday in the Capitol. The two service dogs were there with Darly Abbott of Olympia for a bill making it a felony for employers to coerce workers into "involuntary servitude" by threatening to destroy their work documents or report them to authorities.
