OLYMPIA -- Gov. Jay Inslee hands the official signing pen to Zoe Adler, 5, of Seattle, while her brother Jake, age 9, looks on after Inslee signed a bill requiring medical professionals to complete training in suicide assessment, treatment and prevention. Their father, Matt Adler died as a result of suicide and their mother Jennifer Stuber, standing behind Jake, is the director of Forefront innovations in suicide prevention and lobbied strongly for the bill.
