Jerry Quinn, a retired advertising executive, looks over the elaborate railroad layout at the Evergreen Railroad Modelers club in Greenacres on Tuesday. Quinn made friends and enemies in the early 1970s as he worked to save the two downtown railroad stations from demolition for Expo ’74. Quinn contributed to his club’s elaborate layout by sculpting the rocky mountains that line the walls around the setup.
