Juvenile tagged salmon are released into the Columbia River below Rock Island Dam near Rock Island, Wash., on Tuesday. Grant County PUD is using a helicopter to reduce the time it takes to transport the fish and release them in the center of the river to track their movements through Wanapum and Priest Rapids dams.
