Josh Hissong opened Nudo Ramen House earlier this week at 818 W. Sprague Ave. in downtown Spokane. The modern interior features graphics created and digitized by Jesse Scheller of Magner Sanborn and reminiscent of the pop art of Roy Lichtenstein.
