Jennifer Lutz and John Francisco of Inland Power and Light talk about the community solar project at the company headquarters on the West Plains on Monday. The $158,000 project was financed by about 150 customers who will profit from it over the next several years. Interest in the project was so great that the utility held a lottery to choose participants.
