OLYMPIA -- Gov. Jay Inslee shakes hands with Gary Kennison before signing a bill carrying the name of his daughter Sheena Henderson, who was killed in a murder-suicide last summer. The bill requires police to notify worried family members before returning firearms seized from a person suspected of suicidal tendencies or domestic violence.
