Family circle: Marc Mims tows granddaughters Izzy, 6, and Paisley, 14 months, as he approaches the starting line of the third annual Spokane Valley Cycle Celebration at Mirabeau Point Park in Spokane Valley on Sunday. Mims is a cycling enthusiast who helped lead the 10-mile route. The ride offered routes of 10, 25 and 50 miles in loops that brought riders back to the park.
