Pennsylvania native Arlene D. “Mama Arlene” Brown walks with some of the children housed and schooled at Urukundo Village, an independent home for children about an hour outside Kigali, Rwanda. The home, founded by Brown, was created and funded through the Pennsylvania-based nonprofit Hope Made Real.
