A glass act: The 30th annual ArtFest kicked off Friday in warm weather, which is expected to return today and Sunday. The high today is expected to reach 86 degrees, with a high of 85 degrees on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. In addition to arts and hand-crafted items, the Browne’s Addition tradition features live music, food, and a beer and wine tent. Music begins at noon today and at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
