The sun sets Tuesday at the Cedar Motel and RV Park in Coeur d’Alene. Residents there will have to move out by May 1. Hagadone Hospitality Co. bought the 2.3-acre property in November and plans to clear the site, located near the entrance to the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course, and clean up failing septic systems serving the RV park and motel.
