Iowa farmer Chris Soules, a former star of ABC's "The Bachelor" photographed in 2015, was booked early Tuesday after his arrest on a charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident near Arlington, Iowa. Police said he fled the scene of a fatal traffic accident.
