In the lobby of the newly remodeled First Interstate Center for the Arts, the old INBPAC, changes are subtle. The ceiling is now wood slats instead of popcorn texture. A new sound system will allow music or announcements to be easily heard. Lots of money went into HVAC systems and other non-visual upgrades. Art was hung above the main stairway and disabled access was added.
