Ferris House

Two years ago, John L. Scott agent Joe Dinnison sold Ferris House, a midcentury modern tucked into the Rockwood neighbor at 431 E. 16th, to a California pizza-chain owner for $813,000. The new owner, who still hasn't been to Spokane, now wants to sell the house for $1 million.

A California pizza-chain owner bought the midcentury modern home, formerly owned by the Ferris family, in the Rockwood area for $813,000, nearly twice what it was worth. This new owner wants to sell it for nearly $1 million.
