Jordan Moonitz, of Florida, formerly of Spokane, reads a hand-made memorial sign while feeding Sister Paul Turbull’s Garbage Goat, Monday, July 23, 2018, in Riverfront Park. The sign reads “Spokane will miss you. Thank you Sister Turnbull.” The beloved nun died on Friday. The goat was created for Expo ‘74 and is estimated to have eaten 14,000 yards of litter in thr past 40 years.
