Top photos of 2013: Jesse Tinsley

Some of my favorite photos of 2013 were never published, or only published online, because the digital world gives us many opportunities to display our photos. The highlight of my photographic year was getting a small four-rotor helicopter to make aerial pictures, adding another visual opportunity to explore the world around us. It has allowed me to see our beautiful region from a different perspective. And thank you to the many wonderful people who have allowed me to document their experiences this year. Jesse Tinsley
