Wildfires in Twisp

A fire near Twisp, Washington blew up Wednesday, overtaking and killing three firefighters and injuring several others. The scenic mountain town, along with nearby Winthrop, were under evacuation orders as wind whipped the flames from a few dozen acres to thousands of acres with hundreds of homes threatened.
