OBITUARY INFORMATION

For your convenience, you are encouraged to submit your funeral notice directly through the funeral home or crematory making arrangements. With the complete service packages they provide, it may be possible to receive a lower cost for your obituary notice.

DEADLINES
Deadline for copy and photo submission is 3pm the day prior to publishing, or 3pm on Saturday for Sunday or Monday publication. We accept notices with prepayment by email or FAX Monday thru Saturday.


When submitting a funeral notice please provide:

  • Billing information
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Telephone number and name of the funeral home or crematory in charge of arrangements (We are required to call and verify all deaths)



Prepayment is required

The cost of a funeral notice is $5.25 per line plus formatting. A line is approximately 60 characters (including spaces and punctuation).

We encourage the use of photos. Many variations are acceptable such as a single head shot, full portait or multiple photos.


There is a multiple insertion discount available when running an obituary more than one time:

2nd run - 20% off
3rd run - 30 % off
4th run - 50% off

PLEASE NOTE:

Faxed copy is acceptable; however, photos cannot be faxed (quality is not acceptable for print reproduction).

After entering your submission, we will respond back by email with a proof, costs, and to verify the schedule or answer any questions.

We accept only credit card and check by phone payments on the weekends, and other methods during the week.
