Muelheims scored a game-high 21 points on 7-of-11 shooting for the Dragons, while Sienko recorded a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Colby Starring hit a pair of free throws with 3:02 left for the Broncos to break a 50-all tie and give Lind-Ritzville-Sprague their second lead of the fourth quarter. Muelheims found Corey Spalding open on the right wing for a corner 3-pointer to put the Dragons back on top 53-52 with 1:50 left.
Muelheims hit two free throws with 15.6 seconds left to give St. George's a three-point lead and the Broncos misfired on 3-point attempts from Dylan Hartz and Starring on the final possession, ensuring a victory for the Dragons.
Starring led the Broncos with 14 points and made four of 10 3-point attempts.
