Game summary

St. John-Endicott seized control from the opening tip and ran past Yakama Tribal in a girls 1B loser-out game Friday at the Spokane Arena.

Gretchen Van Lith made 9 of 16 shots and finished with 20 points and six rebounds for St. John-Endicott. Rachel Gfeller added 13 points and nine boards for the Eagles.

Yakama Tribal was led by Lynndel Wapsheli and Athena Wapsheli, who combined for 29 points.

Yakama Tribal was eliminated. St. John-Endicott will play Saturday against the winner between Shoreline Christian and Taholah.
