Game summary

Led by Ignatius Medani's 20 points, Christian Faith defeated Taholah in the fourth-place game of the WIAA 1B Boys State Basketball tournament.

Taholah's Keanu Curleybear hit a 3-pointer with one minute left to put the Chitwins up by two but a free throw and lay up at the other end for Christian Faith proved to be the difference.

Justin Curleybear topped all Chitwins with 12 points in a game that saw seven ties and eight lead changes. Christian Faith outscored Taholah 29-21 in the second half after scoring just 14 points in the game's first two periods.

Christian Faith won despite shooting 22.2 percent from the field and making 12 field goals all game.
