Weeks after his name surfaced in the search for Kansas’ vacant athletic director position, Pat Chun is apparently being targeted by another Power Five school.

Justin Fields threw for four touchdowns, J.K. Dobbins rushed for 121 yards and No. 4 Ohio State pounded Northwestern 52-3 on Friday night.

Jon Teske scored all 17 of his points in the first half, and No. 2 Michigan is now off to its best start in program history after an 80-60 victory over Northwestern on Sunday night at Ann Arbor, Michigan. The Wolverines (17-0, 6-0 Big Ten) started 16-0 on two previous occasions, but this season’s team surpassed that by routing Northwestern. Zavier Simpson scored a career-high 24 points for Michigan, and Teske matched his own career high in scoring.

Northwestern converted three Utah turnovers into 21 points in a dizzying nine-minute stretch in the pouring rain in the third quarter of the Holiday Bowl, including Jared McGee’s 82-yard fumble return for a touchdown, to stun the No. 20 Utes 31-20.

Cassius Winston scored 17 points, and No. 2 Michigan State erased a 27-point deficit on Saturday to beat Northwestern 65-60 and extend its winning streak to 10 games.

Not many college football fans outside of Alabama and Ohio State are totally content with their coach. And satisfaction can be fleeting, as Michigan State fans are finding out now. These days, Clemson fans are crazy about Dabo Swinney and Stanford supporters are cool with David Shaw. What other fanbases are feeling good about its coach heading into 2017?

Gonzaga struggled at the free-throw line on Saturday when the Zags topped Northwestern 79-73 in the NCAA Tournament round of 32.

Northwestern was ready to fight Gonzaga for the right to play in the Sweet 16, and the Wildcats made sure to bring a barrage of fans to cheer them on in the round of 32 against Gonzaga.
