Washington State’s Liz Harper won the women’s high jump to lead the Cougar women at the University of Washington Indoor track and field meet Saturday at the Dempsey Indoor Facility in Seattle. Harper cleared 5 feet, 8 3/4 inches. WSU’s Kianna Davis took second with the same mark.
