Tell Us All About Your Favorite Spot

Graham Vink Travel Editor

For an upcoming special section, The Spokesman-Review is seeking ideas from readers about favorite fair-weather destinations around the Inland Northwest.

They can be fancy resorts, or rustic cabins, or fast rivers, or peaceful lakes, or scenic drives, or remote trails.

They can be famous and crowded or obscure and secluded.

They can be places to stay or things to do. Wherever you go - outside the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area - that’s fun to visit, we’d like to hear about it.

From the travel ideas we receive, we’ll randomly pick five contributors to receive a $20 check - enough to fill up your gas tank for that first trip of the season.

Please send us:

A description of the destination, which can be anywhere in the Inland Northwest, including southern British Columbia and Alberta.

An address and phone number of the destination, if you have it, plus any other useful information or advice for people going there.

Most important, the reason WHY a place is neat.

Your own name, address and a daytime phone number.

Send your ideas to:
