Clippers Bench Rookie

The Los Angeles Clippers suspended rookie forward Lamond Murray indefinitely for unspecified disciplinary reasons.

Murray was sent back to Los Angeles on Sunday night from Houston, where the Clippers played the Rockets on Monday night. Los Angeles is in the midst of a four-game road trip.

“This is an internal team matter and it is being handled as such,” said Joe Safety, Clippers vice president of communications.

Houston Rockets forward Carl Herrera dislocated his right shoulder in the first quarter of Monday night’s game against the Los Angeles Clippers and will be sidelined two weeks.
