Vigil To Observe Victims’ Rights Week
The annual Candlelight Crime Victim Vigil will be Thursday evening in Spokane.
This week is the annual observance of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
The vigil begins at 7 p.m. at the Public Safety Building, 1100 W. Mallon.
The Violent Crime Victims Support Group is sponsoring the event.
