L.A. Gang Member Sought In Spokane

The Secret Witness program wants to catch a Los Angeles gang affiliate who authorities think is in Spokane.

Kenneth Richardson, 27, is wanted by the FBI’s Los Angeles bureau for homicide with a firearm warrant.

Richardson is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 190 pounds and may shave his head. He sometimes wears a beanie or skullcap. He has tattoos on his left arm and wrist and may be driving a black Ford Mustang low-rider with custom wheels.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call Secret Witness at 327-5111, a 24-hour line. A cash reward is offered, and callers do not have to give their name to be eligible for the money.
