Hennepin (Minn.) County authorities issued an arrest warrant for Minnesota Timberwolves guard Isaiah Rider, accusing him of violating his probation stemming from a 1994 assault conviction. A Hennepin County District Court judge sentenced Rider on Sept. 7 to two years’ probation after he was convicted of fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct for allegedly kicking a woman at a Mall of America sports bar March 12, 1994.
