Compiled From Wire Services

A slow-moving landslide has cut off the main railroad line into the Crimean port of Sevastopol, completely halting railroad traffic from the Ukrainian capital.

The landslide, first noticed July 21, has moved more than eight feet, the newspaper Vedomosti Daily reported Friday. According to the Interfax news agency, it now covers 300 yards of tracks.
