Man Out Of Jail After Plea Agreement

From Staff And Wire Reports

A 32-year-old man accused of arranging for his girlfriend to have sex with his young nephews was released from jail Wednesday.

Kenneth W. Wyckoff had been accused of two counts of aiding and abetting lewd conduct. As part of a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to two lesser charges Wednesday.

On Wednesday, Judge Paul McCabe sentenced him to 360 days in jail for two counts of injury to a child.. But McCabe gave Wyckoff credit for the time he has spent in jail and suspended the remaining days. Wyckoff spent 261 days in jail.

Wyckoff’s girlfriend, 20-year-old Kimberly Ward, was sentenced to a minimum of 180 days behind bars. She pleaded guilty to three counts of lewd conduct in May.

The charges against the two stemmed from a series of sexual encounters Ward had with several teenage boys between March and May 1994. Wyckoff had been accused of arranging to watch Ward with his nephews while baby-sitting them. , DataTimes
