The ultra baggy look is out. So are hooded shirts. Cropped and fitted is hot; flannel is still in. Retro sweater sets for girls and lug-sole athletic shoes for guys are the latest.

So what will local teens be wearing to junior high and high school come the start of school next week?

“Jeans and a T-shirt,” admits Stephanie Williams, a senior at Ferris and a member of the Bon Marche Fashion Board.

But for those days when you want a little variety, or hope to impress a certain someone, here’s a sampling of what’s selling these days. The clothes are compliments of the Bon and are modeled by members of the fashion board.
