WSU Coach, Player Honored

Washington State volleyball coach Cindy Fredrick and junior middle blocker Sarah Silvernail were honored Wednesday by the American Volleyball Coaches Association as District 8 coach of the year and All-District 8, respectively.

Fredrick, who just completed her seventh season at WSU, was previously honored as the Pacific-10 Conference coach of the year.
