Russian Helicopter Crashes In Arctic

A passenger helicopter crashed in the Russian arctic on Saturday, killing one person and injuring seven.

The helicopter fell to the ground after crashing into a fuel tank during takeoff from Volochanka, a small settlement about 200 miles northwest of the northern city of Norilsk, the Emergency Situations Ministry said.

The Mi-8 helicopter had 15 passengers and three crew members on board.
