Being second again was bad enough for Lasse Kjus. Finishing behind a Norwegian teammate was worse.
Atle Skaardal gave Kjus another second-place finish, edging him by .15 seconds in a World Cup super-G race.
Skaardal timed 1:20.65 seconds on the 1.3 mini-downhill course. Kjus was second for the 12th time in his career. He did 1:20.80. Third was Austrian Hans Knaus at 1:20.98. American Tommy Moe finished 39th.
