Simpson Attends Barbieri Deposition

O.J. Simpson’s ex-girlfriend gave a deposition Thursday in the wrongful death lawsuit filed against him by the families of Ronald Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson.

Soon after model Paula Barbieri walked into the office where she met with lawyers, Goldman’s father, Fred, followed.

A short time later, a smiling Simpson arrived, but he didn’t say anything. Simpson has a right to hear deposition testimony in the case.

Trial is set for April 2. A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday.
